I just read a very interesting article about teens and the tough job market. I tweeted the article and I added that is just as tough for people over 50 (me)! Teens and over 50's are certainly being squeezed out of the job market, there is no doubt about that. I had a stellar reputation on my job at a major department store. After several "we've decided to pursue other candidates" I came to the realization that I might have to create my own job! It didn't take me long to realize that I already had that job! Avon!
I have been selling Avon for over a year. As with any job the benefits increase with the amount of time you put into it. With Avon and mark, which is Avon's youth oriented line the start up fee is $20.00 to $25.00 and you get that back by taking an online class! I put minimal effort and get gas money or lunch money, more effort and you get bill money!
Avon & mark make award winning products, oh, btw you get a discount on products! You do have to pay for your catalogs that you give your customers (they can also shop the catalog from your web site) the price is so cheap that if you have several customers some of your money earned pays for the books! Avon is a serious business and is a Fortune 500 company. When you become an Avon/mark rep you get your own web site, you don't have to design it, it is up and running after you pay your fee. An Avon rep can sell mark and mark rep can sell Avon. You however can have only one web site, either Avon (me) or mark. I wish you could have both because mark has the trendiest coolest boutique web site!
I would love for people to check out Avon and see for yourself just how great Avon/mark is. Avon/mark is for men & women, boys & girls! Men seem to really shine it the business of recruiting. It is a bottom line get the money now business! You sell, the more you sell the greater your profit is, it is just that simple. So, instead of going from door to door filling out applications, hand out an Avon/mark (or both) catalog! Or, instead of sitting in front of your computer filling out applications online, work your Avon/mark web site.
Replace your job frustration with a solid business you can grow at your own speed! The rewards are great!
